1. THE MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCH RIGHTS).

To exercise your ARCO rights and/or revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, in case they are inaccurate or incomplete or to oppose their processing for certain purposes, please submit a written request (Request for exercise of ARCO rights) addressed to the person in charge of PERSONAL DATA to the electronic or physical address listed in the previous point, which must contain the following information:

c) Documents proving identity or authorization to represent him/her in the application.

Within 10 (days) working days from the date of receipt of your request, "Real metrics" will communicate the corresponding resolution.

The periods of communication of the resolution in which the application becomes effective may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances so justify.

 Your request will begin to count from the day we receive it, as long as it is within our business hours, which are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. If your request is received after business hours or on a holiday, your request will be processed on the next business day.

1. THE PROCEDURE AND MEANS BY WHICH THE RESPONSIBLE WILL COMMUNICATE TO THE HOLDERS OF CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.

The responsible party reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time in order to comply with legislative or jurisprudential updates, internal policies, new requirements for downloading licenses and/or the presentation of services, with the understanding that any modification to the same will be made known to you by means of publication in the aforementioned electronic address.
